They manifested very different abilities with the Force, with very different reactions from the largely superstitious villagers. Saqa had vibrant, oftentimes violent visions of events yet to occur. Aegen meanwhile found that she could close the wounds suffered by her and others with a touch of her hand. She was given leave to stay in the village and work with the hunters and guards, keeping them safe. Saqa was not exactly exiled, but it was made very clear that he was not welcome within the walls of the village, and from a young age he spent much of his time alone, with only his sister visiting him. Aegen never pitied her brother, but she loved him and missed him. Saqa was largely content to be on his own – it gave him a lot of time to reflect on his gifts and his visions, attempting to learn as much as he could about himself and his power. Aegen meanwhile honed some martial skill by drilling with the guards, using it to protect her brother from a distance. <\/span><\/p>\n The day finally came for them to strike out on their own among the stars. An independent free-trader made his way to the planet to take advantage of some of the exotic fruits that grew plentiful in the villages forests and the twins asked him to take them along. They worked aboard the ship for a few weeks paying their fare that way, before being dropped off aboard a refueling station. They spent much of the next few years hopping from starship to starship, working their way from planet to planet, just seeing the galaxy. They found Saqa\u2019s abilities useful for finding and capitalizing on opportunity. Aegen kept them safe and healthy during their travels. <\/span><\/p>\n Their biggest achievement was when they discovered an ancient Jedi tomb on a long forgotten Outer Rim planet they visited with a scouting expedition. Not only did their journey into the tomb give them previously unknown insights into their abilities, the tomb contained several artifacts of a bygone age, a sword and shield from the days when Jedi Knights were peerless warriors. Armed with new knowledge, the twins set their sights on learning as much about their powers, the Jedi, and the Force as they could.
