Trash Golem (Challenge Rating 3)<\/h2>\n

This… creation takes the aphorism “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” to an entirely different level. Created by spellcasters that find themselves living in oftentimes squalid conditions, the trash golem is created from the cast off remnants and detritus of civilization. No two trash golem has the same form as another, as they are literally created from what is available, pilfered from various landfills and filled in with sewage and other less savory materials “excavated” from sewers and midden heaps. It is believed that these creatures were first created by a particularly enterprising goblin rot magus, but since then, their use has spread to various creatures and races that lack a common respect for hygiene.<\/p>\n

Though notably weaker than golems created from other forms, the trash golem is created through the same process, and brought to life by an elemental spirit of earth, giving it many of the same advantages that its greater kin enjoy including resistance to magic along with the ability to absorb blows that would destroy a living creature. The golem also enjoys a number of unique advantages due to its makeup; its stench enough to make opponents stop dead in their tracks and any wounds they cause may sicken their foes.<\/p>\n
