No new Sith info this weekend.
Yep, we’d already been told we’d be getting a juicy Sith Warrior update this week, but it seems Bioware has pulled it in favor of announcing the localization of the game into French and German. I’m glad they’re going to be opening up this game to as many people as possible- but really? You can’t make that announcement and give us the content you said you would at Gamescom, too? Especially after so long without a decent update and we get this- possibly the most lacking in content of any Friday update in the history of the site. Sheesh.
…On another note, three languages means three times the recorded dialog. I’m sure they’ll farm it out to studios in France and Germany for recording, but still, that’s A LOT of dialog to record three times. I’ll be interested to see what the total for just the audio comes up to factoring in all the international versions at launch.
We’ll get something at least once they upload the demo video. If they ever get it up. There seems to be some technical difficulty uploading it, if I’m understanding the posts on the Dev Tracker.
