I think it's about time we try to get a dedicated 16 man group together to take on the Nightmare Pilgrim on a regular basis.
We'll need the following: 3 Tanks 4 Healers 9 DPS
Preference needs to be given to dps with high numbers given the very tight enrage, preferably 1000+
Likewise the healers should be able to pull about 1000 hps but I'm not too concerned with that given the general high caliber of our healers.
We'll also need some heavy duty tanks, preference should be given to tanks with high survivability/gear level, preferably some combination of columi/rakata or better.
Please post your availability, which characters would be available and their roles if you are interested.
My availability on Adara would be pretty much anytime after 5 cst Wednesdays, anytime after 5 cst every second Friday or after 6 cst Saturdays, or after 5 cst on Mondays. I can fill dps or heals if it really came down to it.
If you do not think you meet the requirments above and are still interested please post your interest regardless since we may have issues meeting those criteria with the full group.

Oznah is good for DPS - I'm good for anything for the next month or so.

1 volunteer for tanking. Jedi Guardian, full Rakata or better (Fafhrd).
Mondays are out, but Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are relatively clear for the most part. Weekends are really spotty.

I'll definitely be interested. Shepherd, commando dps. I have proof that I've pulled 1100 dps on the first boss of HM EV. Gear-wise I've got a Tionese OH, 4 pieces of columi (implant, relic, pants and boots), and the rest are Rakata or equivalent. Earpiece is Black Hole. I'm open for pretty much any time in the evenings through the week and most weekends, though the weekend of the 15th-17th will be iffy.

I'd be interested in healing. The best time for me would be Wednesday, but I'm available pretty much any evening but Monday and Sunday with enough notice.

I'm interested as well, filling a DPS role. With advance notice, I can be available most evenings, though I have a Dresden Files game every other Saturday night.

I guess I need to watch the forums more. In the first 6 hours of this thread, the tanks are already spoken for.
Shadow Tank Aieranda - I can be first substitute tank given my lateness. I am pretty sure that I am no better geared than the previous posters and I'm not biochem'd out. I also have augments in nothing whereas I believe all the other posters have at least some, if not significant, augmentation. Also, it's very likely that Shadow Tanks will be reduced in spike survivability at patch 1.3 to some degree (currently apparently massively, but even if that scales back they will be weakened somehow) so there will be a solid few weeks of building up augments and adrenals and rediscovering the good (and probably soon to be only) ways to viably tank as a Shadow Tank. By then I might have full Rakata and significant Black Hole and could seriously think about doing this without holding the team back.
On the DPS side, I don't meet the requirements at this time, but am just throwing this guy out as an emergency offering if you struggle with availability of the team. I can bring Marsinian (gunnery) in a pinch but he needs a lot of work and I need a lot of practice to get him up to the levels of great DPS'ing. He is starting to creep into Rakata gear, but I'm far from perfecting my rotation with him. I hit over 1,000 DPS with him only once in an op on the HM Infernal Council, but have done much worse on all other bosses on story and HM ops by not breaking 1,000 DPS on anything else. On the good news front, if the 1.3 patch changes hold, it should be much easier to run a gunnery rotation after the patch in terms of energy management. Energy doesn't seem to be my issue with him right now, but instead it's the time it takes to cycle the rotation while keeping energy level. I also need to shift around his gear for more crit and surge and less accuracy at the moment.
My availability would be Monday 6-midnight Eastern, Tuesday 6-7:30 Eastern, Thursday 6 Eastern until WWBT, Friday night is iffy at the moment depending on the needs of the Friday ops group. I'm around Friday and if I'm not with them would be available. If I am with them, I would be unavailable for 2 hours for part of Friday night. Saturday and Sunday are wide open for availability until Sunday night ops group pulls.

Oz, Adara, Laf and Faliene and I joined a NP group yesterday and I think we learned alot.. especially on the DPS.. if a DPS can not maintain 1k in a moving fight then they are going to be a risk for this Operation. If that level isn't maintained through out the fight then you are not going to beat the 6.5 minute timer. Layer on top of that the mechanics that means that if you lose a DPS to a shield or blood mark reflect then you end up with whats probably the hardest fight in the game right now.

Looking to revitalize this since I think we may have some DPS about in range now.
I'd still like to tank, but might be getting close enough to at least a half Rakata DPS set for Aieranda. Bad news is that it is a DOT build, so that's not so good for the Pilgrim.
