Hey there. My name is Robert and I wanted to take the time to thank you for an amazing podcast. Keep up the amazing work.

Here is my situation, sorry if it gets long winded. I have been Role Playing since about the 7th grade (1996) and played throughout High School. After High School and up until now I have played sporadically here and there. My main "Role PLaying" comes from online MMO's (Guild Wars and the like). But I miss Pen and Paper, imagination, all the fun that goes with real Role Playing.

I am 26, mature, and am looking for people to game with. Be it in person, PbP, On-line, Skype, or any other variation of playing. I live in Central California. My only stipulation is that I am married and have a 3 year old son, so play time would have to be planned :)

I have a AD&D (2nd Edition and on) background but have read most of the Pathfinder books and want to play. I just need people to play with. So I turn to you all to guide me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried the Gamers seeking Gamers tool on EnWorld?
(I think we originally found Research that way!)

I haven't. That's why I came here. Didn't know such a website existed ;)

Will try that out and see what comes of it. Thanks Azmyth!

http://www.penandpapergames.com/ is a wonderful resource for just this. I was able to preen through a few groups in my local area until I found a few groups to game with. Very glad I found the site.

Good call Hatch!

I was lurking 'round their page/community a few years ago and kinda lost track from one computer upgrade to the next! ;)

I gave you referral credit when I re-up'd my profile.
Don't know if it gives you any page (geek) cred or not...

The Paizo boards also have a similar forum. But I think ENWorld's is the best. It's how I found most of my current gaming group!
