If you've just transferred to the 66th Fleet, we'll need the above information as well as any previous fleet assignments that you had. Also, how you came to be transferred to the 66th Fleet.

Previous Assignments: None
Reason For Transfer:
I found this fleet because of D20 radio forum and I am trying to jump back into STO and play with a group instead of by myself. It gets lonely dying by yourself.
