As a near human race that provides a +2 to INT with no penalties, I am intrigued with playing a Chiss in a game. Admiral Thrawn was the most famous Chiss, of course, but a painting or drawing just could not capture how creepy a blue skinned human with glowing red eyes would be for us. However, I realized I have actually seen a Chiss in real life...sort of...and it is pretty creepy!
For those of you who have not been to Denver in a while (or ever), our illustrious airport has a Chiss horse statue along the route as you approach the terminal! It is a large dark blue horse with glowing red eyes (nicknamed Bluecifer). For pictures follow this link:
Chiss Horse.
I'll tell you, if I saw this thing running around, I'd be freaked out. If it was human, I'd be getting out the holy water and crosses. What are your thoughts on the Chiss?

P.S. If that wasn't bad enough, DIA recently errected a statue to Anubis, the Egyptian gog of the dead, next to the Chiss Horse to celebrate the arrival of the King Tut exhibit to the city. So we have a demon horse and a diety to the dead greeting visitors to Denver...um'k?
