While perusing the Guild Roster the other day, it came to my attention that there are more than just a few Characters with more than 100 days of inactivity. Some even have as much as 120 days of inactivity, which means, at this stage, that they haven't been on since early January (which would coincide with the end of the Free Month we all got when we bought the game).

While we are not pressed for space in the guild at the moment, with the potential for these folks to not even actually be playing the game and the concerns for Guild Bank security issues, it becomes necessary to consider removing them from the guild.

Now, before we do this, we understand there are a number of other reasons one could have an idle character for that long. Among those reasons are, saving a name for a later character, being on deployment with the military, a change in personal free time, some crisis in your personal life, etc. And that is fine, we, as a guild get that. "Poo-Doo happens".

What we are asking is this: Please either let us know that you will be coming back and we should therefore leave your character in guild, or log in, however briefly, to that idle character so that their timer resets.

If you need to let us know, you can use the forums here, send a PM, email us, pass a message through a friend, whatever it takes, just get the word to us and you'll be fine.

If you are the owner of one of these characters, and you have no desire to play it and are not saving the name for another character, then it would save us a lot of time if you deleted him or her.

We'll give you a couple weeks, basically until about May 6th, to give us a sign of life. After that they will be removed. If it turns out that you missed the various messages and warnings we will do in the meantime, and you suddenly log back in and are active, let one of us know and we'll plop you right back into the guild. We don't want you to go away, we just want to tidy up a little bit. I hope everyone understands that and that there won't be any hard feelings.
