It's also a self- correcting problem.

Respeccing is easy, and BW has committed to making valid dps specs for Guardians and Vanguards.
I can vouche that Shadow DPS works just fine.

Now, all we have to do is cultvate more healers. ;-)

Playing a Healer; either you love it, or you hate it. Either way, you're needed.

Well, the Heroes of the Expanse can solve this Tank Problem for the Order...

Send them to us.

Our guild's high-level group ranges from level 36 to 40, and there isn't a single tank among us. We have two dedicated healers, two melee DPS, and one ranged DPS that participate in the flashpoints we run on Friday nights. In fact, our highest level tank is only level 27, and relegated to crafting for the higher-level characters. Despite this, we have managed to finish all the flashpoints through Jedi Prisoner through a combination of overleveling the flashpoint, good teamwork, and sheer determination. Unfortunately, I don't know how much longer that will suffice. We're about to have enough players to start a second Friday night group, and that's going to make this problem even worse.

Given the small size and casual nature of our guild, it will be very difficult to get a tank up to the level we need for future flashpoints. So, if anyone wants to bring their tank over to our guild, or just join us on Friday nights to help with flashpoints, we'd be glad to have you. We were planning on Colocoid War Game this Friday...though that will likely be cancelled if we don't have a tank.
