Shouldn't the 66ers arrive in style?
If we were to have have an in-game event on launch day, what would people like to do?
We could meet at either the Republic Fleet or Coruscant. (Yes, some people won't have toons of high enough levels to join in, which is not ideal, but I don't see a way around this.)
We could dance at a cantina, or have a parade, or do other fun stuff.
Ideas? Please add them to the thread.

It is possible to access either of these locations at level 1, I've tested it. Actually, you'll be level 3 or 4 by the time you get there just from exploration xp (in the case of Coruscant)  . I had planned to have a casual RP cantina night this Friday evening, but I'm not sure my schedule will allow me to host it yet. I recommend that we take over a corner of the park by the Senate Tower. Maybe the west side, since we're situated on the West Coast?
General Meet and greet, huge photo session.
Might have an issue getting us all in the same instance, but maybe we can have guild leaders in each instance to "herd the cats" as it were.
10pm EST, 7 pacific?

I'm all for it. I will make sure that the Jawa is down for the night or at least in his room trying to goad myself and Nyre to run into his room to chase him back in bed.

Sounds like a plan to me.
Make sure everyone remembers to observe the rules about /say and /yell in public areas for RP servers. If you want to just chat and goof off, use guild chat or vent. Going "WOO ORDER OF 66!" for everyone to hear, aside from annoying people, will also essentially be interpreted by roleplayers as, "Some secret organization they are. Their members run around yelling like frat boys."
