Oooh! Does this mean The Holocron can start back up? But a chance to play SWTOR with the gamer nation? Sounds good to me.

Edit: I'm Direwolf on the SWTOR website. Wish I could change the display name over there.

Glad that it all worked out! Brian asked me to take care of starting the guild since he and Dave were both out of pocket. I have formally abdicated guild leadership to Brian though, so no worries there.
One note - if your forum name is different from your SWTOR website name, it may be helpful to note that somewhere. I didn't know who a lot of the applicants were, so I'm guessing the same may be true for Brian.
Also - on the Sith Empire front - it is possible to start a guild with the same name (or something similar) that belongs to the Sith Empire faction. But from what I could tell, each SWTOR account could only belong to one guild. So you would not be able to join both a Republic and a Sith guild with one account.

I am the one and only FULONGAMER, anywhere and everywhere, so no worries. As far as the guild-limits, that seems wrong. You should at the very least be able to have guilds driven by characters, not accounts. I would at least expect to have one each (Empire/Republic) per server you have characters on. This is one that should be following the WoW structure. I'm NOT going to buy another game account just to have Imperial characters as members of a Guild, whether it is O66 related or not!

If we want the chance to have our villains interact with our heroes, the creation of a Gamer Nation Imperial Guild may want to wait until Launch (whenever that is).
It looks like our Guild-Reservation will be tossed onto one of the RP Servers at launch. Since it sounds like there will be many such servers, we may want to wait to see where the Order is assigned, then start a Dark-Side guild on the same server after Launch.
*drops two pennies*

Thanks, Duncan You actually didn't need to fill out every box, and likely didn't have to. I know I left a few blank. Bioware probably set up the Application page with a basic questionnaire that a guild would use for folks they don't know (or haven't already screened) requesting to join the guild. And who knows, with a Republic guild named "The Order of Sixty Six", we may end up getting some apps from folks not in the Gamer Nation... ...yet.

Now that the first 12 of you to sign up have all been approved, heading over to check out the actual guild pages might be a good idea.

I totally just applied as well. I am excited to be able to play with the other members of the gamer nation as my only interaction with most of you has been through the forums. My SWTOR name is Drakaun which is close enough to my forum name here, but I wrote my forum name in one of the boxes as well so hopefully that will be enough!

I'm Perrian on both SW:TOR and d20..... If you are in need of a Trooper Tank and if you can find me.... perhaps I can be your A-Team!

What about the Sith side guild? I would assume the time zones represent where the servers will be based out of... pretty common for alot of MMOs.... I to am curious as Empire side...I have several friends that are waiting for that side to come together to join.

For some reason the TOR website would not allow me to use vadersson as my ID. They claim it contains foul language. My guess is that they do not want any Vaders showing up. Therefore I had to fall back on my old Vamprie Malkavian days and resurrect McEwentheMad. Not a very good name for a Jedi I suppose...
I suspect that for now your web account joins a guild since you can't have any characters yet. Once we have characters I would expect them to be able to join separate guilds as need be. Or it could be a money grab that you can't play both Light and Dark on the same account.
Should be interesting.
Thanks, Duncan
