Okay Cantina Rats, here is the thread to do the "impossible"! Make a good squad with a "crappy" piece. This piece should be the center from which your squad is derived.

I can't wait to see what you guys come up with.

Once a week I'll post a new "crappy" piece to create a squad around.

Enjoy!

Thrawn/Mas
Grevious
IG Tarken
Vader Legacy of the Force
Lobot
x3 Rodian Brutes
x3 Uggies.

Grevious Gets Quad attack at +13 with Opportunist. Vader gets quad as well. Bring in Piece's to CF with grevious and you get even higher damgae.

Also Don't forget Thrawn with Triple, and Tarken with Double.

That's a great squad. I love the concept. I never think to use Czerkas.

I disagree. The pieces that were up before have potiential. That guy is godawful and the worst piece in the game. I'd try and vain an attempt but I cant for the life of me bring myself to think about playing that terrible piece lol.

Listen to Weeks you should. If he can't find the good in a piece, then it really sucks. Why, just the other night on Vassal, he beat me with a squad of one-armed ewoks.

This one I actually had talked with Jim about using.

--Unleash the Tactics!--
29 Ganner Rhysode
28 Dash Rendar, Renegade Smuggler
27 Lobot
25 Jacen Solo
23 Anakin Solo
12 Gha Nachkt
10 Jagged Fel
9 General Dodonna
7 Leia Organa, Senator
14 R7 Astromech Droid x2
16 Mouse Droid x8

The squad is built around Unleashing the force as many times as possible, using a Muun Tactics Broker to kill Leia and have jacen and anakin go crazy.

I used Dr. Evason in this squad (brought him in from lobot) vs Vong. Evason uses Homicidal Surgery on Leia. Then Leia follows around Jacen so he can get his Protective +20 :).

You can also use this trick on a character from R&R. She also has Protective +20.

Klatoonian Enforcer is awful. That would beat anybody brev lol.

You know, the way SWM works, it seems to me like almost any piece, barring some really outdated ones when they were just working out some of the quirks, can be made useful. The game is really all about synergy.
Evazan is a hard one, though.

Not so much "crappy" as much as...expensive for what you get, but I'm confident in the Cantina Rats. Or at least Weeks!
