Humans most susceptible, then elves somewhat resistant, dwarfs mostly resistant and halflings are practically immune.
Is this more or less correct?
If so, probably test at +10, +20 and +30 respectively?

id actualy say elves are more suseptable than humans, its justs elves have generaly stronger wills alowing them to deal with the efects of chaos better
humans are always presented as the middle ground nither natuarly brave and resistant (like dwarfs) or in touch with there surondings (like elves) but with the capacity to be both.

I would actually go +10, +15, +20, or if your group doesn't mind uneven numbers +10, +17, +24.
Just my 2 cents.
