Well, congratulations SBV! I finally got caught up on this show during a long car trip, and I was more or less 100% convinced to give WFRP a try. The only trouble is that I can't seem to find print 2nd Ed books anywhere for less than about $65 American. The only ones I'm really interested in owning are the Core, Sigmar's Heirs, and Tome of Corruption. The last of which I have seen for upwards of $200!
I know I can get them all as pdfs, but I just really prefer hard copies (especially for corebooks), and also the prices for the WFRP stuff on DriveThru is kind of ridiculous for a digital only product.
On the other hand, there is one guy at my local game store who thinks I should at least give 3rd Ed a try when it comes out, and has offered to run a sample session for some of us free of charge.
Any advice?

What sources have you checked, out of curiosity?
I know my FLGS has copies of most of the books (namely the corebook) for list price, so maybe check some of the other bookshops in your area?

I've checked my FLGS, the second and third closest LGSs to where I live, two Borders, two Barnes and Nobles, a Half-Price Books, and two independent bookstores. At every location I am told it is out of print and can't even be special-ordered at this point. The Amazon price for a new copy is almost $70.

i honestly think in that case you may have to go for a second hand book off e-bay or amazon or sutch like. i know it sucks but the books are hard back and usualy hold up quite well iv found
