We are about to achieve 3rd level and I am considering a multi-class to Avenger. It would be an interesting RP addition - and our DM is not an overpowering min-max type - but it adds an interesting class feature:
Oath of Enmity = roll 2 D20 for any melee attack on foe named as target
There are other restrictions but assuming they are all met - does this mean for Twin Strike I roll 2 D20 for each strike?
It appears that is the case... and that just means this not only works as an excellent enhancement to my characters backstory - but means it mechanically enhances the striker role.
Actually the Avenger multiclass feat, Disciple of Divine Wrath, only allows you to use the
Oath of Enmity once per encounter and lasts until the end of your next turn, so it doesn't last the whole encounter. But I do believe if you took it, that is the way it would work with Twin Strike.

If that is true, then I truly look forward to the Ranger level 15 Daily - Blade Cascade.
Blade Cascade = Alternate main and offhand melee attacks UNTIL YOU MISS! Toss in any party bonuses to hit and the 2 D20 per attack could take down the BBEG in one round. That is Broke-tastic!
Ahh, that is broke-tastic, buuutttt.........it was one of the very first erratas they made limiting the number of attacks made using Blade Cascade to 5. Because you could get some many buffs and be adding god knows how much to each attack, your turn might not even end until you rolled a natural 1 (and it took away the killing Orcus in one round bit). But still, Blade Cascade is an awesome attack, an I do believe that it would work with the
Oath of Enmity you would get from the multiclass feat.
