Legacy Era page 58: Disciple Of Twilight Force-Using Tradition:
Revelation talent: “As a standard action, you can make a Use the Force check against the Will Defense of an enemy that has concealment from you or any of your allies. If successful, the enemy is silhouetted by a faint shimmering light that belies his location. Your target loses any concealment bonuses to Reflex Defense until the end of your next turn.”
Concealment does not grant bonuses to Reflex defense. It imposes a -2 attack penalty to attack a target that has concealment. So how does this talent work? Should it say instead, “Attacks against the target ignores the concealment attack penalty”?

Yep; that pretty clearly seems to be the intent.

[pedantry cannon online] Also, that's a misuse of the word "belies". What they mean is "reveals his position".
'Belies' means "contradicts" or "shows to be untrue". The force power does not show his position to be untrue.
