We need an exhaustive list on where to get Black Hole Comms methinks.

The Corellia Heroic 4 weekly drops 6, but it will take FOREVER to get Black Hole gear that way, at 30-60 Comms apiece...

For those of you who don't want read/spoilers/click on random links. Here is the meat of the stuff.
Quest chain starts with Sergeant Karloss in Imperial Fleet inner ring.

Head to Corellia, take shuttle to Black Hole, talk to General Konya

Grab the 5 solo dailies: No Trace Left, Control the Battlefield, Asset Liquidation, Glow, Hypermatter Directive from the mission terminals

After you finish the 5 solo dailies, you will be given the heroic 4+ daily from the mission terminal called The End of Torvix.

Each solo daily give you 7 k credits and 1 Daily Commendation. That is right, they are giving out daily commendations, not Black Hole Commendations (the solo ones anyways).

The Heroic 4+ is giving out 3 Daily Commendations.

The weekly quest - which asks you to complete all the dailies, rewards 6 Black Hole Commendations
I
n total Corellia offers 9 Daily Commendations and on avg 50k credits per day. Ilum offers 8 Daily Commendations and Belsavis offers 17 Daily Commendations. So in total 34 Daily Commendations per day.

New items on Daily Commendation vendors - new relics for 200, some expensive legacy kits, schematics for artificers to make +41 crystals (boP).

The Weekly is just 6 Black Hole Comms though. Where else will Black Hole Comms drop? HM EV or KP? HM Flashpoints? Just the new Tier 2 Operation?

I really like that they threw a puzzle in that daily quest, and that the dailies have some other neat mechanics besides "kill 15 guys and/or loot their pockets". I also really like that the Weekly is basically "do all the dailies" as it gives more weight to the dailies themselves. I hope they do similar quests for Ilum/Belsavis that drop more BH Comms.

Thats the way I'm reading it... Operations plus those 6 dailies... but then they are adding a new tier of gear that the regular daily commendations can buy.
