On the WOTC forums, in the Praxeum, there’s a monster thread about statting non Star Wars characters using Saga rules. I’ve been pushing for a stat block for Hunter Thompson and Dr Gonzo from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Some of the posters brought to my attention the trick to these guys would be designing the briefcase full of drugs. Scum and Villainy gave us some spices… but not enough to represent everything injected and snorted since the founding of the Old Republic. That’s why I’m calling on listeners to design Dr Gonzo’s Spice Rack. Come up with your own spice. Tell a little bit about where it’s from and how it’s been used and abused. Stat mechanically what the spice does to you. How long does the feeling last? How bad is withdrawl? What side effects are there?
Submit your entry to the WOTC Star Wars Praxeum by New Years Eve. Then, anyone and everyone on the WOTC forums may vote for their favorite spice. Deadline for voting is January 10th, 2012. We’ll announce the winner here on the show and work it into the game.
