Earliest will be a week Sunday.
Az has been swamped at work and his mobo fried 5 days ago on Sunday. As it turns out, the death of his mobo (well, the bridge with the HD controller chip in it, actually) is actually very good news, as we had thought that it was the hard drive itself and that we had lost the segments recorded to date.
Az will install that hopefully by tonight or at least by the weekend and we have to record a chunk of the show and then do all the post. There has been ZERO post done on the show. You can blame Azmyth's job and ALSO blame his exuberance in supporting two conventions over the labour day weekend as VC in the Bay area. We got absolutley nothing done as a result of those conventions (and I'm a little butt sore about it still, but dem's da breaks).
Anyways, tbat's the rosiest outlook I can foresee.
On the plus side, the ENWorld article on The Harrowing is already posted so if you haven't read it -- you should. It has much of what you were waiting for, though not all.
The most imporant advice I cna give if that is not soon enough for you is:
1. DO NOT run this module without a Harrow Deck. At all.. None of that fake Harrow Deck stand-in stuff either. Buy one for real. No ifs, ands or buts about it.
2. See Rule #1. Someting that important bears repeating.
3. The final encounter is a CR13. It's KICK ASS. Do some read-up on how to run an encounter with that monster type and then read three more of em. Then re-read all of those all over again, too.
If they play the right card, and the 1d8 clatters their way, they will probably make it out alive. Poor die roll or poor tactics will mean the end of your campaign or one-shot, as the case may be.
The BBEG is very, very B, also extremely B, and ultra E. Don't pull punches with one of those monster types. Your players will NOT respect you for that. Better to kill em all in a GLORIOUS TPK than lie down and submit when running an encounter with one of these.
No mailing it in or merely laying it down. THROW it down like you mean business -- and let 'em KNOW you mean it too.
4. The Trickiest role-play encounter is the riddle game with the Rakshasha. Give your players plenty of *time* to think of questions. That's time for a trip to the washroom, for coffee, put some laundry in -- whatever. Encourage group discussions, notes and writing ALL of the Qs down first. If they just wing it, not only will they SUCK, they'll probably outright screw-up the challenge, too. That would be bad. Try not to let tht happen.
5. Outright tell them that 1 card should be played before entering a zone and 2 cards before an encounter. Don't be coy about this. METAGAME IT in bold underlined letters. The module is fun because of the puzzle element of it, but GUESSING whether the puzzle is in play or not, and if so, how many cards to play, will wreck the adventure for you and your players. Don't go there. Be up front about it -- it will make for a far better game session.

The patient has survived the surgery.
The problem with the old HD seemed to be localized to the sectors that Vista is installed. The frequency of a clean boot was hit or miss...
New Solid State HD installed and being SOLID. New Win7 OS installation.
Pulled the pin off the Old C: and it became the new E: [0% data loss. Fuck yeah!]
Pending any surprises, we should have all required software installed and back to production tonight.

Is there a like button for that last post. Very much looking forward to the podcast, and thanks for the summary of what to keep in mind for this module. Its an amazing read, and I'm sure the above post along with the podcast will add another level of incredibleness (is that a word?) to the module.

Hey guys, Just wanted to chime in and say your show is phenominal, and I can't wait for more!!! As a member of a 3.5 Forgotten Realms group just switching to Pathfinder, I just wanna say that listening to your podcast has really been kind of the inspiration for or at least definetly a big part of our decision to make the switch. You guys are for sure making it one helluva awesome transition for me. Thanks for kicking so much ass, Scoundrel1978 P.S. I am trying to find your earlier episodes (1-8)

Just joining my voice in clamouring for more but I know that the Chronicles guys also have some real life obligations as well from time to time. I'll wait it out, knowing it will be a great show.
Mind you really hoping once we get past CoT and KM that one of the APs chased is Carrion Crown.

There was recording and further editing done this evening. Everything we had recorded prior to recording tonight was fully edited. (CCW plus five interview segments) It's still not all done -- but is now *mostly* all done. There is more recording that needs doing and more editing too. Still, light growing at the end of the tunnel. Doesn't look like a train (so far). And yes, Ep #016 will probably be longer than "normal". Our intro news/discussion, by way of example was 1:35 raw alone. That will probably edit down to 1:20, but still... Longer period of time between episodes == more to now talk about. There are four interviewees recorded so far (all edited) in five segments. Left to do: - A Brief DoMT;
- Main review (shorter than normal I fully expect);
- Outro to record and edit. (Outro is always the last thing we record - and also pretty short, I expect.); and
- Assembly and intro mash-up (typically takes 2 hours to do)
That's about as much of an update as I can give concerning our very significant delays and progress to date. I am optimistic for a completed episode in the next week, but it will be tight and we may fall short. We'll see.

I'm thinking we'll publish tonight. I'm west coast, get started around 6pm pst, so it'll be a late upload for certain! Thank you for having faith and (some of you ) being patient.
