Can anyone train a bridge officer in Cannon Rapid Fire 3 and High Yield Torpedo 3?

I can train other bridge officers in Eject Warp Plasma 2, Directed Energy Modulation 3, Extend Shields 3, Tachyon Beam 3, Feedback Pulse 3, Hazard Emmitters 3, and Charged Particle Burst 3.

So this is working, yes? Folks are able to snag a bridge officer, commission them, train them in one of the Unlockable stills your captain knows, and then trade that commissioned officer to others?

Does anyone know if they show up in the commissioned officer list when you get them through the trade, or are they in your Officer Pool (and thus able to either join your crew, or be used to train an officer you have already)?

If someone would explain how to properly trade/under what circumstances you can trade bridge officers
I will gladly train them in anything I can, Anira has a lot of tactical stuff
I'm just cautious about trying to do this since I've never done a successful accept/trade/give back and I don't want to be stuck with peoples Bridge Officers accidently

Looks like it's not in-game YET, but will be soon.

Man...I really want some better Engineering powers for Kav's crew...

...are you fstarking SERIOUS!?

*does the dance of joy*

Someone get the Admiral an Engineer with Emergency Power to Shields III, STAT.

When you traded them, did they appear in the Commissioned officers list (on the left), or in the "Waiting to be assigned" officer list (on the right)?

They show up as commissioned
you need a 'no officer' slot to accept the trade and train them up

then you just drag/pull them into the trade
