Hey gang, Just found this from dstahl over on the STO forums. So cool I had to copy it here. Quote: as a quick tidbit - I just demoed a Fed ship interior and it looked great! curved hallways - narrower corridoors in some places - ready room attached to your bridge - lounge had a poker table in it!
Based on the poll feedback looks like we are going with the following as a start...
- minigame to remove injuries/ship damage in sickbay/engineering respectively (sounded minesweeper-ish to me)
- hold'em poker in the lounge
- trophy tech (earn trophies via accolades and place them in your ready room or lounge)
- players can choose between small, medium, and large layouts
The goal is that these will be attached to the bridges you already have - so you'll go to your bridge and then use the turbolift to access the rest of the interior - so if you have a fast video card - you should be able to zip up and down to the different decks quickly.
We're still looking into further tech to enhance interiors - but the above is what we're working on now.

Bah poker... my honor makes me go all in every hand. It is a all or nothing attack. Which I have found out is not the best way to play poker. Everything else sounds like it would be a great addition though. Can't wait to see it on the test server. : D
