Whoa...more Skill points? I wonder if you can get them retroactively? I'm pretty sure they mean that you earn skill points and BOff points faster, not more of them per level. Help you zip through the "boring content".

The last thing the game needs is more skill points. I wish they would slow down progression to Admiral. (Not that I am mister speedy.)
