Actually - his wife had surgery yesterday - and they've been prepping for it. Something had to have gone wrong with the feed for the episode. I've emailed him - and he's aware - but hasn't had the time just yet.  Understandably. We'll get it up, guys! Thank you for your patience.

Ah, now it's all clear. I hope she's doing well in her recovery. My wife is going under the knife next month, so I'll be in the same place before too long.

GMC said that torpedoes, specifically weapons with splash, do half damage on a miss against starships that would hit a REF defense of 10. Splash weapons generally hit adjacent targets for half damage IF AND ONLY IF they hit the primary target, and I don't believe missing the target's REF but hitting a 10 qualifies.
Also what are the parameters for the reapercon 2012 bounty builds, I'm thinking of attending this coming May, and want to get a head start with builds, basically build a couple small teams (so less ways to split the bounties) that work well together and have them ready to take down various targets. Also if we succeed at (or at least don't die while attempting to) a apprehending one bounty, can we go after others for more reaper bucks?
@Lass: are you going to be at reapercon 2012... I expect that you'll have a bit of experience playing a character similar to one of the bounty hunter team members I'm contemplating (the femme fatale build I made for you would be close).
